4. Domains

If you purchase or manage domains through Interweb Media:

• You must comply with ICANN rules and any registry-specific policies
• All information provided for domain registration must be accurate and up to date
• Failure to maintain accurate information may result in suspension
• Domain renewals are your responsibility; we may offer reminders, but we cannot guarantee delivery
• Expired domains may be lost permanently.

5. Hosting

Hosting accounts must follow our acceptable use guidelines. You are responsible for:

• Securing your website, applications, passwords, and integrations
• Maintaining backups (we may provide backups, but they are not guaranteed unless explicitly included in your plan)
• Ensuring your hosted content complies with applicable laws

We may temporarily suspend hosting to fix security risks or platform stability issues.

6. SEO Services

Interweb Media provides SEO, strategy, consulting, and optimization services. You acknowledge:

• SEO results vary depending on algorithms, competition, and external factors
• We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, conversions, or revenue outcomes
• You grant us access to systems required to perform the work (e.g., analytics, CMS, Search Console)
• You are responsible for approving or rejecting recommendations.

7. Payments & Billing

• All Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account suspension

8. Termination

You may cancel your Services at any time. We may terminate Services if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account remains unpaid
• Your usage threatens platform stability, security, or compliance

Upon termination, your data may be deleted permanently.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform code, systems, tools, and materials remain the property of Interweb Media. You retain ownership of your website content, data, and intellectual property.

You grant us a limited license to use your content solely for delivering Services.

10. Data & Privacy

Our handling of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to data processing as described in that policy.

We do not sell client data.

11. Warranties & Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or absolute security.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or indirect damages
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the previous three (3) months

• Actions or misuse of our Services

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, unless otherwise required by international domain regulations.
